COMPOSER & ORCHESTRATOR:
Jules is a highly sought after composer, writing original work and arrangements for acts across the board from Arctic Monkeys, Brian Eno, Dizzee Rascal, The Freestylers, Deodato, and The Streets; to CocoRosie, UNKLE, Zero 7, Cinematic Orchestra, and Razorlight. Increasingly in demand abroad, Jules’s flexible writing style has seen him work with orchestras such as the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra, Metropole Orchestra, and Melbourne Symphony Orchestra.

CONDUCTING:
As well as conducting Heritage Orchestra, Jules also holds the permanent position of guest conductor with the Dutch broadcast ensemble – Metropole Orchestra. His efficient and charismatic conducting style, on stage and during rehearsal, makes him a favourite of any ensemble he works with; from the BBC Concert Orchestra, BBC Big Band, Bolshoi Theatre Orchestra, Slovakian Radio Orchestra, and of course Heritage Orchestra. Jules has conducted at major halls and large outdoor festivals throughout Europe, often for national radio
and television. He is equally comfortable in the studio, conducting film scores, live radio performances, plus a mixture of orchestral sessions for major and independent labels.
